Late 1990s
Questions in law school.
Helsinki. A paper on anarchism met with a dismissive laugh. I stayed, worked harder and kept asking the questions.
Early 2000s
The years inside.
Corporate law, tech, banking and contract negotiations. More than a decade of serious responsibility, with a growing distance from why I entered law.
2012
Villa Lex. Pink slippers.
My own law firm, with my grandmother’s rag rugs on the floor. Legal services with a human face, and the first steps into service design.
2015
An idea on a morning run.
On maternity leave, an idea arrived: a DIY legal service for entrepreneurs. I hired a developer. It launched in September.
2016
Contract Mill.
I co-founded a global legal SaaS startup to automate document creation and improve access to justice. Years later, I made a successful exit.
2020
Lawyers Design School.
A global legal design learning platform. The work was shortlisted for the Innovation Trailblazer Award at the 2024 Legal Innovation Awards by Legal Week International.
2024
Business coach, by name.
The work I’d been doing with entrepreneurs and teams finally had its name. Helping people see what they already know and learn to trust it.
2025
Researching super intuition.
Doctoral research at the University of Lapland, Faculty of Art and Design. Collective, relational and embodied ways of knowing.
